– Flag the top 3 risks that could cause disruption

Day 91 and Beyond: Build From It
A strong start is useless if you don’t build from it:
– Set a date now for your first tabletop drill (Day 90–100)
– Assign one owner per red zone
– Begin building out your fallback playbook—not for compliance, but for continuity
